A non-refundable deposit of £25.00 is payable upon confirmation of the reservation.

Most major credit cards are accepted (Amex incurs a 3% surcharge), cheque or cash.
Cancellation Policy...
We reserve the right in the event of cancellation within one week of the visit to make a charge of up to two-thirds of the total price. Should a confirmed booking not be honoured, or departure take place prior to the original reserved date, the full amount may be charged.

Dogs...
Cello, our four-year-old Bouvier des Flandres, welcomes well-behaved canine visitors. She says please would they bring their own bedding and food; however, should their owners have carelessly left anything behind, she would be pleased to try to provide whatever is necessary to make their stay a pleasurable one. She also warns that it can get VERY MUDDY around here, so please bring lots of towels! There is no charge for dogs (maximum two to a room) but we humans do reserve the right to charge for any repairs or extra cleaning required (in addition to our normal thorough cleaning)as a direct result of a dog's visit.
